Welcome to Cflyght. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and CFT HULA ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), operating under the brand Cflyght.

BY ACCESSING OR USING OUR WEBSITE, MOBILE APPLICATIONS, OR TRAVEL BOOKING SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICES"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services independently. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Cflyght provides online travel booking services, acting as an intermediary between you and airlines/travel suppliers. We facilitate the search, comparison, and booking of airline tickets and related travel services.

Our flight search and booking services are powered by the Duffel API, a leading travel technology platform that provides real-time access to airline inventory, pricing, and booking capabilities. This technology enables us to offer accurate flight information, competitive pricing, and seamless booking experiences across hundreds of airlines worldwide.

We act as an agent for airlines and travel suppliers. When you make a booking through Cflyght, you enter into a contract directly with the airline. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the contract between you and the airline. Each airline's terms and conditions, including their Contract of Carriage, apply to your flight.

The following terms apply to all bookings made through Cflyght:

Cflyght is committed to transparent pricing. The total price displayed at checkout includes the base fare, taxes and government fees, carrier-imposed fees, and our service fee.

By using our Services, you agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate passenger information
• Verify all booking details before confirmation
• Review fare rules and restrictions
• Ensure contact information is current
• Obtain required visas and travel documents
• Check destination entry requirements
• Arrive at airport with adequate time
• Comply with airline and security rules

This section outlines the comprehensive fare rules governing cancellations and rescheduling of flight bookings made through Cflyght. Cancellation charges include both airline-imposed penalties and Cflyght processing fees. Please review our complete Cancellation Policy for additional details.

• Per Passenger, Per Sector: Cancellation charges are applicable per passenger per flight sector.
• Partial Cancellation Restrictions: Partial cancellation cannot be made for tickets booked under special, promotional, or discounted fares.
• No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, only statutory taxes may be refundable, subject to airline policy.
• Processing Timeline: Cancellation requests will be processed only within the time period specified in the fare rules.
• Fare Difference: The difference in fares between your original booking and new booking will be payable at time of rescheduling.

Cflyght acts as an intermediary and is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, representations, or breaches by airlines or other third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to Cflyght, and we are not responsible for consequential, incidental, or special damages.

Airlines and travel suppliers are independently owned and operated, and are not agents or employees of Cflyght. We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of their services.

All content on the Cflyght website and applications, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of CFT HULA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Use automated systems or bots to access our Services
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our website
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services
• Use our Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

For EU consumers, you may also have rights under your local consumer protection laws. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Cflyght regarding the use of our Services.
